Tasting :
The very low harvest of 2016 gave us a rich wine, floral aromas, ample mouth with aromas of ripe fruits like pear or quince. A beautiful freshness gives elegance and balance to this exceptional vintage.
Fine Cooking :
The Pouilly Fume Château Favray goes particularly well with shellfish, grilled and smoked fish, white meats, asparagus, and cheese, notably goat cheese.
Marketing :
The Pouilly Fumé Château Favray is intended for fine dining establishments, specialty stores, and individual customers. Château Favray will produce about 50,000 bottles for the 2016 vintage.
